On line registration is availableat the MZ Congressi website www.mzcongressi.com in the section “Eventi” (please select your language at the top of the page)

Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations should be notified in writing by mail or e-mail to to the Organising Secretariat. The amount of 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 11 September 2009. After 11 September 2009 no refunds will be issued.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The certificate of attendance will be issued only to registered participants, and will be available at the registration desk just before the closing of the Conference on October 15th.
